Post here what kind of interactions that you would like to see added into the game rules.

We really need a way to "rent" facilities out to other nations astronauts. I know it will not be in this game, but it needs to be thought about.

Also, We need to look at purchasing equipment from other nations and if the safety level changes, etc.

The R&D Rules need a bit of tweaking. The following changes are being strongly considered:

1.) The max number of teams a player may have at start is 5.

2.) Any new teams will need to be purchased and trained. Cost will be 5Wus and 2 Rps and take 4 months to assemble. Scientists and Engineers are EXPENSIVE!!!!!

3.) R&D teams will have a maint. cost of .1Wu and .1Rp per turn.

4.) The reason for these changes are due to the research I have been doing. R&D, according to what I have seen, eats up nearly 60% of any Agency's budget. That and in this test, if used as allowed by the rules, R&D is coming too fast, and too cheap.

Please discuss in the general discussions thread.

New tweak implemented in todays orders. Now all HW on a mission has to go through a Hardware Power On safety check.

This way you can get partial successes in your launches, and not a total failure with one HPO per launch. This comes from more in depth research on my part. Many, many sats had partial failures where some packages worked, and some did not.

Example: You have an Orb Sat with a Comm Pack and Photo Pack, as of the new tweak the GM will make 3 HPOs, instead of 1. Partial successes will get you 1 Prestige, instead of a -2 Prestige hit.

Launch and OIB failures still kill the whole mission and count as such.
