Once again Mckye has produced an outstanding item for the Fallout PnP games you may want to run. This time he has created an Excel Spreadsheet for creating a Fallout character! And talk about detailed, it has everything including weapons and ammunition, along with their effects. This is an outstanding tool for any struggling GM or any player who wishes to create a detailed character and keep track of it with this sheet.
