Great idea. I have also been playing a bit with the popheads because I found those magenta pixels annoying as well. But this looks much better... :)
Actually I changed more than only the city screen. When I get home tonight I'll send it to bot you and Ken.

Forgot to mention that the Colors Represent the Moods by:

Green = Happy
White = Content
Blue = Unhappy
Red = Angry/Hostile

...the Expressions on the Badges also indicate the Moods.

Jos...Great because I have made Lit Buttons with three phase color transitions for MANY items and also adjusted the Ruby colored game buttons so they are more perfected. Also adjusted the Buttons in Preferences and slightly lightened the slider button. Also made all buttons press in rather than toggle/shift...except the Console Buttons because these work and look good with the function due to the Console background colors.
...Anyway, yes, we need to get together on the interface so it will all go together and Be Really Great. Since you are doing the Backgrounds, continue with those Boxes and I will get together with you on other details. Still waiting to hear from Our Fearless Leader...Guess he has been busy with something important.

@Flamand, great work on the city view so far :tu Is there any way to use a Pipboy face for the happy face instead of the WOTG smiley?

I made that Pippy for you, but I see it is no longer necessary... :w Was just wondering why the Robots can irrigate land. Food is no use to them. I think it makens more sense that the robot worker has no ability to irrigate, but that the Robot government allows nutrients to come from the mines.
Also I don't think the robots would enjoy Bob's bits or a porn theatre as much as we humans would... :w Maybe the happiness from the garrison in the city should be increased to 10 units or so rather than 3 and the happiness of the improvements should be reduced to a logical minimum...

Well you did not have Pip in the files you sent me so I just whipped two out of my extensive Fallout pics collection. :w

About Bob's, consider that a placeholder for a bot building that has a similar effect for them. If possible we intend to have all the buildings unique to that civ. So Bot buildings will be different from Brotherhood buildings as an example. And as for the Porn theatre, ONLY the New Reno civ gets that one. :w :bs

As for the 'nutrient' question, we can't seperate that from the other civs. Civ uses one set of numbers for ALL civs. That is set in the terrain section of the editor. So we can't customize it for each civ, as much as I would like to. :AM

I'm not sure if you have fixed it now, but the text in the bottom right corner "Brotherhood Council" and "Will of the Master" when it has extended too far and the text extends further then the interface allows. Was thinking if it was possable to just make a "new line" below for the Gov type.

Victor, yes I shortened the names so they would fit. :AH

Also went through the labels txt file and shortened other things to. Now only the first letter in the month hangs over.

FOnx, the placement of the info is hardcoded, so the gfx have to fit that placement to be useful.

Here is a screenie of the new Unity Great Wonder, The FEV Vats.
Here is what it does;
Puts a vats building in every mutie city
Gives one happiness
Doubles strength vs barbs
Allows healing in enemy territory
Spits out a veteran mutie every 30 turns. :bs

Taking Ancient One's request for minor civs to heart, flamand and I have decided to add a host of minor civs to the mod. :bs

These minor civ screenies are only for show. When the updates with them in it are put out, they will not be selectable to play.

First up are The Far-Go Traders. a three city minor who may have just what you are looking for. So maybe you can do a deal with Butch. :w
