Well, the time has come and I'm heading off to recruit training on Tuesday. Doubt i'll have any time to check in until i finish at the start of August.

So.. have a good one and i'll talk to you guys when im done.

thanks wolfblade.

im starting week 6 of training on monday - because we're shit hot at drill and our inspections we got the weekend off... but because one dumb bastard called our flight leiutenant a friggin' CORPORAL we got our arses chewed by our Sergeant and our leave restricted to saturday only, and 2 hours extra drill tomorrow. that bastard is getting pranked to the shithouse. lastnight we moved him, bed, desk, chair, everything, outside the block while he was sleeping on his bed. not sure whats going to happen to him tonight, but it'll be something pretty sweet.

we got a week long exercise in the scrub, with our day of live fire on tuesday. our flight of 40 got split into 3 sections, of which i am "lucky" to be 2IC of 1 section, which isn't too bad at the moment because so far 1 section has been the best. If the bar drops im fucked - our section commander, an ADG corporal, is a hardarse and i dont want to see him angry, but its a given i will.

anyway, have a good one and i'll get some piccies up soon.

yeah. got out bush, and got fucking sick. goddamn flu - i passed out and started throwing up whilst uncoscious. spent all last week in fucking hospital, missed the training and live shoot, so i got recoursed to the course 2 weeks behind to catch up on it. heading out for the exercise on monday, again. disease shits me to tears.

so yeah. looking forward to kicking arse on this exercise. still.

Damn dude, sorry to hear about your illness. :ad But I am still rooting for you. And still looking forward to those pics of our lovable Benno the Mad in Aussie mil gear. :bs

I'm doing good Rob. I have finished my trials and now I am a Soldier. So alot has happened but like Cuthbert, I always come through, a Gunslinger. Hopefully i can come back totally.
