1. Assign actual size points to regions, and tie all infra limits into those points. Size points will be based on Topography and Vegetation multipled by the regions square mileage and modified by the region's col cost..

2. Introduce the concept of Inflation and Keynesian style of economics.

3. Introduce the concept of wealth based on actual assets, along with the idea of leaving an asset based economy to one based on... nothing. AKA, leaving the precious metals standards and issuing wealth based on nothing more than faith. Ties in with Inflation and Keynesian economics.

4. Introduce the concept of urbanization and cities.

Will add more as they come to me. :st

If anybody has any ideas of what they would like to see in BTS! eventually, suggest away. :ac

10. Add a new Leader trait: Willingness To Follow Orders. Abbreviated as WTFO. Also ,know an "What The Fuck, Over?" when they do something not ordered. :bs

11. Add a new item to leaders: Add an actual personality based on the Briggs-Meyers Personality Test. It will tie into the addition above. If the leader fails his WTFO roll, this will determine what the leader will do, no matter what his orders are.

12. Add War and Mob affects to the various govts. If an Power declares war on one of the rep forms of govt, the loyalty of the rep power declared war upon goes to max. They get 2x the mobilization points, and their pops wishes for independence goes to 0. If an attack occurs without a declaration of war the mob points are 4x while the raw Bn's available quadruple.

13. Conversely, if the rep govt declares an aggressive ar, the stats begin to go the other way. Loyalty begins to fall, mob points fall, and wishes for independence go up.

14. Totalitarian govts are going to get a big reduction in research eff. Along with a slower pop growth, and actual pop loss due to defections and escapees. In their militaries their officers would take a huge hit. AKA the British patronage system. While their forces will have a lack of initiative negative modifier for combat. Any total govt units can be used for suppression of rebellions, not just Mil pol units. While their Mil Pol units receive a large bonus in putting down revolts and rebellions.

15. Totalitarian govts will have a large bonus to their espionage rolls, along with cheaper Diplomatic and spy agents.

16. State Controlled Capitalism will have no ads or disads. A good middle of the road style of govt.

17. Further refining of the various govt subtypes.
