WEGMAN INDUSTRIES brought tremendous experience in manufacturing on a global scale and is the world's most prominent leader in Robotics and Weapons development. THE YAMASHIRO GROUP brought with it the experience of major Venture Capitalism, Security Solutions, International Law, and Auditing Solutions. In 2204, they merged to become WEGMAN-YAMASHIRO CORPORATION, a new leader in global solutions and commerce.

WEGMAN-YAMASHIRO CORP is a joint stock corporation that works closely with world governments in the areas of space exploration, commerce, colonization, and military spending. The many branches of Wegman-Yamashiro Corp work together under the close scrutiny of the shareholders to ensure that all projects meet Company standards.


Divisions


Interstellar Commerce Division

The Interstellar Commerce Division is the main bureaucratic organ of the WEGMAN-YAMASHIRO CORP. The main orders, comunications, company decisions and administrative actions will be emitted by the Interstellar Commerce Division. Interstellar Commerce Division is formed by the CEO, Senior Board members, administrators of the main divisions, scientists, engineers and security counselors all assigned to represent their divisions in company policy.


Colonial Division

The WEGMAN-YAMASHIRO CORP (The Colonial Division) is responsible for the design, construction and management of colonies and space stations, as called for by the Interstellar Commerce Commission and the Terran Colonial Administration. The Colonial Division is responsible for the hangars, spaceships, and maintenance of the colonies they were contracted for. This is a task of this division that is taken very seriously so is staffed by highly qualified administrators, technicians, security personnel, and terraforming engineers. This division is also charged with the responsiblity for maintaining the commercial fleet and the transport of the offworld mineral resources. Cargo ships are managed by highly qualified pilots, engineers, and officers.


Communications & Technology Research Division

The WEGMAN-YAMASHIRO CORP (Communications & Technology Research Division) is formed by qualified telecom engineers, scientists and technicians that will work with its partners to provide the highest quality in communications resources and their development. Provided with the highest quality technology and Faster Than Light communications, the Communications and Technology Research Division provide the starships that will explore new worlds, and that puts the Communications and Technology Division on the cutting edge of space exploration where we can provide services such as starcharts, secure trade routes and starship designs.
