As we have all or most of the Races and their leaders covered we need to turn our attention to Traits.
So far the general consensus has been that each Race should have a trait and their leader a seperate trait or possibly two. Wether we use existing traits from either standard Civ or from the Final Frontier Civs or we create traits of our own is another question.

Earth Alliance
Human Trait + Leader Trait(s)

Centauri Republic
Centauri Trait + Leader Trait(s)

Narn Regime
Narn Trait + Leader Trait(s)

Minbari Federation
Minbari Trait + Leader Trait(s)

Drazi, Pak'Mara, Gaim, Hyach, Vree, Abbai, Brakiri, Drakh, Dilgar, Ipsha, Sh'lassan and Llort can be treated the same way Race + Leader Trait(s) or treated slightly differently and give them only a Race trait. This will need to be discussed.
Below are some of the suggestions we have had so far for each race.

Earth Alliance:
+ 25% to colony ship construction
Industrious +2 Production

Minbari:
Organised
Scientific - +2 Science

Centauri:
Combat I free promotion (agressive)
Expansive - +2 Health

Narn:
Combat I free promotion (agressive)
Pacifistic
Spiritual - +2 Happiness

Dilgar:
City Raider free promotion

Drazi:
City Garrison free promotion (protective)

Opinions and Ideas please?

I believe that in the latest release (URL v0.1.7) all the races have been covered...if you believe that any other race should be added, please say so.

Now, we have to start thinking on the races traits, the leaders traits, and the leaders personalities, so far all the leaders are clones of a FF one (tho I can't remember wich one).

Also, there are text entries that state the "salute" when you first met another race.

EDIT:
There is a patch available v0.1.7a
Please refer to the civfanatics thread for installation instructions

EDIT 2:
v0.1.7b version available
