The Unity. All mutant units are unique. Starting extra techs, Genetics, Mutant Tech, and F.E.V. 3. The Brotherhood of Steel. Unique Unit, Brotherhood Zeppelin. Starting extra techs, Milstore Reclamation, Brotherhood Tech, and Holotape Data Storage. 4. New Reno Mobs. Unique Unit, Made Man. Starting extra techs, Chemistry, New Reno Tech, Jet Production. 5. The Enclave. Unique Unit, Advanced Power Armor. Starting extra techs, Milstores Reclamation, Enclave Tech, and Fusion Batt production. 6. The Children of Set. Unique Unit, All Ghoul Units are unique. Starting extra techs, Scavenging, Ghoul Tech, Nuclear Power Generation. 7. Vault Dwellers. Unique Unit, Vault Citizen. Starting extra techs, Virtual Reality, Vault Dweller Tech, and Virtual Reality Playroom. 8. The Empire of the Circuit. Unique Unit, All Bot Units are unique. Starting extra techs, Neural Net Processor, Bot Tech, and Hyper Alloys.
